We receive very regularly questions from our visitors, here is the list of the most frequent:
1. My article has not arrived yet, is this normal?
Delivery takes about 2 to 3 weeks. (9-20 days)
2. Why is the delivery so long?
To avoid high storage and labor costs, our goods are located abroad. This allows us to offer you items at very competitive rates.
3. I want to cancel my order, is it possible?
Please be advised that once you submit the order, it will automatically be forwarded by the system to our supplier's designer / database for immediate processing. For this reason we do not accept cancellation requests. Make sure your purchase decision is final before checking.
4. Are there items missing from my order, where are they?
We have a lot of suppliers, when you order, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others will be slower). If you order 3 times the same product, then they will all be in the same package.
5. Do you ship abroad?
Absolutely, we can ship all over the world.
6. My item is damaged, can I have a refund?
Absolutely, if your item is broken, send it back to us and it will be refunded.
7. I was wrong in the size of an article, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately this is not possible, so be careful before placing an order, if your item is a garment.
8. The product does not correspond to the description. Can I be refunded?
Absolutely, you just have to contact us and we will give you the procedure. You have 15 days from receipt of the goods. All you have to do is send us the item and we will refund it 100%. The return costs are your responsibility.

10. Can I contact you by phone?
For the sake of speed, we do not take calls on the phone. To process an e-mail takes us a few seconds or minutes, while a call lasts an average of several minutes. To avoid fees and offer you the lowest prices, we only respond by e-mail.
11. How to place an order?
Simply choose your items from the drop-down menu on the product page and click the "Buy Now" button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package is on its way!
12. What payment method do you accept?
We accept all types of cards like MasterCard, Visa, Maestro.
We also accept Paypal.
Please select "Buy with Paypal" on the shopping cart page. You can then select "Pay by credit card or Visa debit card" on the next page.
